Rent Payments

We are happy to provide an online alternative for paying rent. You can now pay your rent online using NCR/JetPay online payment system.

Using this method, you can make a one-time payment or set up automatic monthly payments using a bank account or debit card.

You will need your Entity ID number to make online payments. Your management office can provide you with your Entity ID number.

Login - Galveston Housing Authority (collectorsolutions.com).There is a nominal service fee to pay online. These fees are charged by the third party processing company. See the chart below:

TRANSACTION FEES

Public Housing residents will continue to have the option to pay rent in person or by mail. Payments must be made by check or money order. No cash or blank money orders will be accepted.

Rent is due the first day of the month and late after the fifth. A $15 late fee will be assessed for rent payments made after the 5th and any leftover balance over $20. Four late payments in a 12-month period may result in termination of your lease.
