The Scattered Site Public Housing Program is designed to provide affordable housing to both individuals and families with low- and moderate-incomes. The GHA owns and manages 34 single family homes, duplexes, and fourplexes and townhomes located throughout Galveston.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements prior to becoming a resident of the program. They must already reside in or have been determined eligible for Public Housing, provide good landlord and credit references, and pass a criminal history check. Applicants must lawfully be in the United States.

Rents
Eligible families pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent.
