GHA was recently made aware of inaccurate information being disseminated regarding the interpretation of the FY 2010 budget.

The individuals who interpreted this data have mistakenly assumed that budgeted amounts for Salaries and Benefits for the demolished developments of Oleander Homes, Palm Terrace, Cedar Terrace, and Magnolia Homes have been or will be spent as indicated. The fact is that the budget (an estimate) was developed based on the known and probable conditions which could affect operations. To date, the expenditure for these budgeted line items is ZERO and will remain ZERO for the remainder of the year.
